The Check-in Process

Step 1: Enquire

Send through an enquiry (or a quick message) with your business details and what you’re looking for support with. We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps and a few questions so we can understand exactly what you need.

Step 2: Clarify the vision

We’ll chat through your brand vibe, goals, and what kind of content will work best for you — whether that’s Reels, photos, UGC-style videos, event coverage, or a mix. If you already have ideas, amazing. If not, we can lead the creative direction and suggest concepts that match your aesthetic.

Step 3: Build a tailored plan

From there, we create a plan around your ideal deliverables. This can include a shot list, content direction, key moments to capture, and any caption/strategy support you’d like so the shoot feels organised and aligned (not chaotic or last minute).

Step 4: Shoot + create

On shoot day, we capture the content efficiently while keeping it natural and on-brand. After the shoot, we bring everything to life through editing — selecting the best moments, refining the visuals, and shaping the content into scroll-stopping assets that are ready to post.

Step 5: Deliver + final touches

You’ll receive your finished content within 24 hours to 7 days depending on the scope and deliverables. Wedding content is delivered within 24–48 hours so you can relive it and share it while everything still feels fresh. Revisions are part of the process too — we want you to feel genuinely confident and excited to post your content.
